WARNING: This is kinda gross. Today is my cheat day. I had a bacon angus from McDonalds. It… didn’t want to stay in my body. I guess eating good, high protein food for 6 days and then going to McDonalds will do that to you.
The rest of the day includes: cheese and crackers, doritos, and pizza. PIZZA. Also, I’m supposed to drink water, gotta get on that.
I’ve been on this diet since the beginning of February. One thing that is consistent is nausea on my binge day. I look forward to relaxing my standards on Saturday and just eating whatever I want, but when that nausea kicks in I start longing for Sunday when I can go back to eating the food that makes me feel good. The last few binge days, I’ve loosed up, but hardly binged, and I think I like that better.
